1. Should you encounter any size issues upon receiving your jacket, you're eligible for an exchange. Keep in mind, though:

• Report any size discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery. We won't entertain returns or exchanges past this timeframe.
• No exchanges or returns will be offered if the jacket matches our size chart but you selected an incorrect size, unless you're willing to cover 50% of the cost.
• In cases where the sizing error is on our part, we'll handle the exchange process, provided you reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Color variations between the website images and the actual product do occur occasionally. If this happens, send us a photo within 24 hours to initiate a return or exchange, based on product availability.
• For items damaged during shipping or by our fault, we'll cover the shipping costs for returns. However, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

2. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours for a full refund. Changes to orders after this period are subject to fees:

• A 25% fee is deducted for cancellations after 24 hours but within three days.
• After three days, the fee increases to 35%.
• No cancellations are accepted after a week, except under special circumstances, which then incur a 50% fee.

3. Exchanges for size issues within 3 days are offered free of charge, but return shipping costs are your responsibility.

4. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact. Damaged or used products will not be eligible for refunds.

5. Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to the originating warehouse to ensure accountability.

6. While we offer free shipping for deliveries, return shipping costs in case of exchanges or returns fall on the customer.

7. Should there be any discrepancies from our end regarding color, pattern, design, or size, our Return and Exchange Policy is here to support you. Simply reach out with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note, custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds. All payments must be made in USD, and any non-responses to production or shipping queries may result in order cancellation with a 50% refund.
