Our delivery services extend globally, catering to customers around the world. However, due to compliance with international law sanctions, certain countries (specifically those on the OFAC list) are excluded from our shipping destinations. Additionally, we do not ship to Israel under any circumstances.
Jacketars ensures top-tier security for its customers and accommodates various payment options, including PayPal, Discover, and Debit/Credit Cards. Please note, we do not accept cash or checks.
The entire process for preparing your order, including manufacturing, design, and tailoring, requires approximately 12 days. Specifically, the design and tailoring phase lasts about 8-9 days, followed by an additional 3 days for shipping.
Upon the dispatch of your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing contact information. This measure is taken to ensure you can stay updated with the delivery process.
Should your payment not process successfully, it's crucial to identify the underlying reason. This might involve verifying your billing address and phone number for accuracy. It's also possible that your credit card has exceeded its limit, in which case using an alternative credit card would be advisable. Additionally, double-check the credit card number and expiration date to ensure they are current and correct.
